David Wallace · Founder

David is an experienced business leader and coach with a passion for helping realise the potential of people and organisations, demonstrated over an extensive career working in professional services and international companies. David’s coaching style is genuine and supportive, while at the same time he is willing to lean into difficult issues with a performance focus, to help bring to life practical and sustainable solutions to leadership and organisational challenges.

David’s broad base of experience has been established in organisations including Arthur Andersen (consulting & advisory), Lion Nathan Ltd, National Foods and George Weston Foods, with 15 years in senior executive leadership roles across finance, strategy, and general management.

Throughout his career, David’s passion for developing people has resulted in him building high performance teams, developing leadership talent, and establishing high levels of employee engagement, while successfully leading performance turnarounds, major organisational change programs, and cultural transformations.

Combining his corporate executive experience with a MSc in Coaching Psychology, David provides a pragmatic, experiential, and evidence-based approach to coaching.

As David has lived many of the challenging experiences involved in complex and dynamic corporate environments, he brings high levels of empathy and understanding and is willing to challenge to help unlock client insights and achieve better business outcomes.
